Tim is an internationally experienced entrepreneur and CEO with a track record in advanced technology and manufacturing.
Before joining FORWARD.one, he was co-owner of Hittech Group for 15 years, a high-tech equipment contract manufacturer, system supplier, and system developer serving OEMs in the semiconductor, medical, robotics, and automation markets.
Hittech expanded to nine companies across Europe and Asia, reaching €200 million in revenue and 750 employees. The group was successfully sold to private equity fund Apheon in February 2025.
