He is the co-founder of Ampelmann, an offshore high-tech service provider, where he played a key role in building the company into a successful global business before its exit to private equity.
Following this, Frederik transitioned into venture capital, where he helped build FORWARD.one and is also a cofounder and Partner at E4E Africa.
At FORWARD.one, he now operates as Venture Partner, bringing his entrepreneurial experience, network, and practical mindset to support founders in building and scaling deeptech companies.
