Background

Polina has built her career at the intersection of people, communication, and high-growth organizations.

She began at YES!Delft, where she worked across talent programs and Investor Relations within YES!Talents, supporting startups with recruitment, people operations, and stakeholder communication. Here she gained early exposure to the venture and startup ecosystem.

She then progressed from Recruitment Consultant to Team Lead in a fast-scaling recruitment environment, leading technical hiring efforts and managing teams supporting those apidly growing companies.

Before joining FORWARD.one, Polina moved into a People & Culture role at AquaBattery, a climate tech scale-up, where she focused on building scalable people practices to support long-term growth.

At FORWARD.one, she brings this combined background into Investor Relations, pairing structure and process with warmth, clarity, and long-term relationship thinking.
