Bibi is a mechanically minded analyst who digs deep into hardware, energy and engineering, backing founders who turn complex technology into real-world impact.

Bibi has been close to early-stage startups for years, even before joining venture.
During her studies in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Energy Technologies, she worked with student founders on a month-long program that helped teams turn concepts into real businesses, supported by successful founders and a strong alumni network. That experience sharpened her eye for early signals of founder quality, ambition and execution.
She finished her degree with an internship on bidirectional charging, where she built a charging algorithm and then analysed what it would take to reach the market, assessing technical feasibility, financial viability and regulatory hurdles. It was a clear bridge between engineering work and commercialization.
Starting her career at FORWARD.one feels like a natural next step: combining her love for engineering with a front-row seat to Europe’s most ambitious deeptech founders. She’s excited about the work, the people, and the opportunity to help build the next generation of industrial tech companies.
Drive, clarity and confidence. Founders who understand the problem better than anyone and are disciplined enough to turn technology into traction.
What Bibi focuses on
At FORWARD.one we can support founders who make a real difference in the world, and make it better every day. I have huge respect for people daring to start their own company, and with the right mindset I believe almost nothing is impossible.
