“F1” refers to a collective strategy developed by FORWARD.one Management B.V. (“FORWARD.one”), and used in connection with the F1 Funds. The “F1 Funds” refers to the existing venture capital funds managed by FORWARD.one, which include (i) FORWARD.one Fund I Coöperatief U.A. and FORWARD.one Seed 1 B.V. (together “F1 Fund I”); (ii) FORWARD.one Fund II Coöperatief U.A. and FORWARD.one Seed II B.V. (together “F1 Fund II”); and (iii) FORWARD.one Co-Investment Fund I Coöperatief U.A., FORWARD.one Co-Investment Fund II Coöperatief U.A. and FORWARD.one Co-Investment Fund III Coöperatief U.A. (together “F1 Co-Invest Funds”). The F1 Funds are not open to new investors.

The combined Gross IRR is presented from inception to the applicable date, as if all applicable investors contributed capital on the capital contribution dates.
“Net IRR” represents the combined annualized internal rate of return from the inception of such F1 Fund, through the applicable date on invested capital based on all contributions, and, for the F1 Funds deducting from such figure the actual management fees and other fees and expenses payable, distributions (including tax distributions), and net unrealized value as of the applicable date, which is net of each general partner's carried interest, in each case, of such F1 Fund, as applicable.
The “Total Net IRR” and “Total Net TVPI” reflects the composite performance of the F1 Funds, inclusive of actual fees, carry and expenses incurred. The combined Net IRR is presented from inception to the applicable date, as if all investors contributed capital as of the capital contribution dates. Any performance information calculated on a model basis is for illustrative purposes only to show an estimate for the potential impact of fees, carried interest and expenses on gross returns, which impact will be substantial. A single limited partner’s actual net returns with respect to its interest in a fund will vary from the net performance reported herein for such fund based on the timing of actual capital contributions, distributions, taxes applicable to a particular limited partner, and any other amounts borne by or paid into the fund by such limited partner. As a result, the net figures reported for any F1 Fund may not represent the actual investment experience of any individual limited partner.
“TVPI” represents (i) cumulative distributions plus residual value divided by (ii) paid-in capital.
“DPI” represents cumulative distributions divided by paid-in capital.
